Annual General Meeting Announcement

I am pleased to advise that the Seniors Rights Service Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 27 November 2024 at 3.00pm.

The meeting will be held by Zoom video conferencing. A Zoom link to the meeting along with an Annual General Meeting pack will be sent to all Members  prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Call for resolutions:
Seniors Rights Service Members may lodge resolutions for consideration as part of special business at the Annual General Meeting.

All resolutions must be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 13 November 2024 to ensure sufficient notice for Members. Please include the names of both the proposer and seconder for each resolution, both of whom must be current Members of Seniors Rights Service. Once received, we will add the resolution to the Annual General Meeting pack.

Resolutions may be submitted to the Company Secretary by email agm@SeniorsRightsService.org.au with the subject heading Annual General Meeting Resolutions or posted to Seniors Rights Service at Suite 201/418a Elizabeth Street Surry Hills NSW 2010.

Directors information:
A list of Directors who have resigned or retired from the Board along with those currently standing for re-election and any new candidates standing for election at the Annual General Meeting is available here.
