The National Aged Care Advocacy Program

The Australian Government funds free, independent, and confidential support through the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP). This program is delivered by the Older Persons Advocacy Network.

Formed in March 2017, the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) is a national network of nine state and territory organisations that have been successfully delivering advocacy, information and education services to older people across Australia for more than 30 years. Seniors Rights Service is the network organisation for NSW.

Free, independent and confidential. The Aged Care Advocacy Line operates between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm Saturday.
