On behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care, Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) is evaluating advocacy services delivered by OPAN and its network members under the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP).
The NACAP is an Australian Government program that provides free and confidential advocacy support to older people and their representatives. It also helps aged care staff understand their responsibilities and the aged care rights of the people in their care. The NACAP is managed by the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) and delivered by 9 member organisations nationwide, in NSW, that’s us, Seniors Rights Service.
If you have recently received information, education or advocacy support from us, we encourage you to take part in AHA’s survey. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes and will be available until 31 March 2024. Everyone who completes it will have the chance to go into a draw for a $50 gift card.
